Lupo Law Office was established in July 2011 by David Lupo, after he served over 5 years at the Israeli National Labor Court, as the legal assistance of The courts President, Judge Steve Adler.
The office deals mostly with Labor Law and Labor Relations - Representing labor parties in court and giving legal consulting to individual workers, employers and worker unions in negotiation, claims, defences and collaborative cases. The office deals also with general civil (including family law) disputes resolution in different alternative ways, such as mediation and arbitration.
Whether a dispute occurs in the workplace, or between family members or business partners, the relationship between parties in a conflict often lasts even after the end of the conflict. The settlement of a dispute out of court is faster, more efficient and less distressing than legal proceedings. There are alternative ways to settle disputes, such as direct negotiations, mediation, arbitration and everything in between.

In fact, sometimes the legal process creates the conditions for settling the conflict, primarily by encouraging the cooperation of the opposing side. Without the cooperation of both sides, there is no escape from taking the court case to its conclusion, resulting in a clear-cut decision from the court.
